• Support communications: any messages you send us by email or through forms.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data to:

• Create and manage your Trendimensional account.
• Provide access to the free plan (300 credits one-time) and manage credit consumption for downloads.
• Process subscriptions and payments for paid plans (via Stripe).
• Allow you to download original 3D garments, patterns, and technical packs with a valid license for commercial use.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, subscription updates).
• Provide customer support when requested.
• Analyze aggregated usage data (via Microsoft Clarity) to improve user experience.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data based on:

• Contractual necessity: to provide you access to the platform, manage subscriptions, and deliver purchased content.
• Consent: when you register, subscribe to the newsletter, or accept credit consumption before downloading.

• We recommend using downloaded files as a base for development and always creating at least one physical sample before mass production.
• Trendimensional S.L. is not responsible for production issues resulting from sending designs to production without physical prototyping or adjustments.
• Digital fabric simulations are approximations. Physical results may vary depending on real material properties.
