Terms of Use – Trendimensional Platform

1. Definitions

• "Trendimensional" / "we" / "our" / "us": Trendimensional S.L.
• "Platform": the SaaS solution available at https://trendimensional.up.railway.app.
• "User" / "you": any person or company creating an account, using the free plan, or subscribing to a paid plan.
• "Credits": virtual units used to download content from the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is open to professionals, companies, and students.

If you are under the legal age of majority in your country, you may use the Platform only with the consent of your parent, guardian, or educational institution (e.g., as part of a partnership with universities such as LCI or ESDI).

By registering, you confirm that you have obtained such consent if required.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate information (name, email, company/university, role, password). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Free Plan & Credits

• All new users are automatically assigned a Free Plan, which includes 300 credits one-time.
• Each garment download consumes 100 credits.
• Free plan users have access to a limited curated library.
• Credits are consumed when you confirm the download via the credit-consumption pop-up. Once confirmed, credits are non-refundable.

5. Paid Plans & Subscriptions

We offer paid subscription plans:

• Essential Plan: €49/month – 400 credits/month
• Advanced Plan: €99/month – 1000 credits/month
• Professional Plan: €149/month – 1600 credits/month

By subscribing:

• You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will remain active until the end of the billing period.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless expressly stated.

6. Content and License

All 3D prototypes, patterns, tech packs, and renders available on the Platform are the intellectual property of Trendimensional S.L.

Active users (free or paid, including students) are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, commercial license to use the downloaded files for fashion product development, educational projects, and commercial purposes.

Users may adapt and modify files to fit their creative needs.

Special Note for Students

Trendimensional encourages students to use our assets as templates and inspiration for their personal, academic, and creative projects.

Students are responsible for adding their own creative input and ensuring that their work complies with the rules of their educational institution.

Trendimensional is not responsible if a student submits downloaded files "as-is" without modifications as their own coursework or project.

7. Production Disclaimer

• Patterns are provided in a standard base size and are not graded.
• We recommend using the files as a starting point and creating at least one physical sample before mass production.
• Trendimensional S.L. is not responsible for production issues or losses caused by using files without proper physical validation.
• Digital fabric simulations are approximations and may differ from real materials.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to bypass credit consumption mechanisms, hack, or copy the Platform's content illegally.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Respect our intellectual property and the rights of other users.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software code, designs, and content on the Platform are owned by Trendimensional S.L. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Trendimensional S.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or production problems arising from use of the Platform.
• Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the last 12 months.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Spain.
